Barclays, Costa Coffee, EY, Aldi, Thales and many more lead the way in creative recruitment

Celebrating the best in recruitment advertising at the RAD Awards

Last week, the Grosvenor House was  packed with the biggest creative talent in the recruitment industry. More than 1,000 guests gathered at the RAD Awards to recognise and reward the best in class business across all aspects of recruitment communication. Totaljobs were proud to once again sponsor the awards and help present the important Work of the Year category, scooped this year by the National Offender Management Service, with Havas People.

Event host, actor and comedian Rob Brydon, presented awards for outstanding recruitment campaigns from employers including Barclays, Costa Coffee, EY, Aldi, Thales, Aviva, King, AXA, Lloyds Banking Group, Game, Jaguar Land Rover, The Army and Yodel, acknowledging their work in creativity, innovation and effectiveness. Huge congratulations to all the winners.

As we approach full UK employment and the battle to attract top talent gets ever more challenging, creative and targeted recruitment advertising is a crucial tool in any employers armoury. The stand out campaigns recognised at the RADS communicate employer culture, brand, values and benefits to a defined candidate audience – all key drivers that ensure the right talent is attracted and ultimately engaged in a candidate led market. The team at totaljobs are entirely focused on helping employers recruit the talent they need to make their business thrive. As such we were delighted to again support The RAD Awards as a lead sponsor.

Part of the pleasure of us sponsoring the awards is that we have the opportunity to create and share a unique totaljobs video for the event. It’s our way of showing off our creative flair to a room full of creative genius (no pressure then!).

This year we wanted to share it with you too. Let us know what you think!
